Glasgow by Air​

Glasgow is served by 3 international airports - Glasgow International Airport (GLA), Edinburgh International Airport, and Glasgow Prestwick Airport. The closest airport is GLA, located 8 miles (13 km) from the city centre and has over 130 direct flights from UK and European cities, as well as connections to Asia, Australasia, and major cities in the US and Canada. Glasgow by Rail

Glasgow is also well connected by train from across the UK. There are 5 major rail companies operating in Scotland. Glasgow Central Station links Glasgow by rail to all UK cities. Glasgow Queen Street Station operates routes mainly to Central and Northern Scotland. Glasgow Queen Street Station, which operates routes mainly to Central and Northern Scotland, is a 5-minute walk from the University of Strathclyde. Glasgow Central Station is a 15-minute walk from the campus.
